I'm a full-time pediatric orthopaedic surgeon, married to a full-time oral maxillofacial surgeon and mom to 4 (soon to be 5) beautiful kids 7 years old an under!  Life in our house is busy, fun, loud and a little chaotic at times. 

 

My husband and I both have a passion for good food, and are firm believers that healthy starts at home.  What does this mean? We make it a priority to have family dinner together (almost) every night.  It's not always easy, but we treasure our dinners as our time to bond as a family, connect with our kids, and help teach our kids to love, nourish and respect their bodies.
